10. Now pick up a security question & answer it. Click "Create".
11. Then click "Home" top left side of your account page. Rich your profile clicking change to each field & upload your portrait.
12. After that your profile will reached 25%.
13. Now click "Add skills to your profile". Fill out with required information. Change your hourly rate too.
